# \[Bug\] Space stuck in 503 loop after waking from pause — cannot restart

Hi,

My Space has been stuck in a restart failure loop and I’m unable to recover it.

**What happened:**  
The Space was automatically paused after ~24 hours of inactivity. When I clicked “Restart”, it returned a 503 error and has been failing ever since. I have tried restarting multiple times but the issue persists.

**Error message:**

> 503 — Something went wrong when restarting this Space.

**Request ID:**  
`Root=1-69d727a2-3a92c93209e2625372ce18df`

**Details:**

- No code or file changes were made before this happened
- Free tier Space
- Factory reboot also does not resolve the issue
- Cannot access Logs as the Space never starts

Could someone from the HF team please take a look? The Request ID above should help trace the issue on your end.
