It’s because [`datasets` library version update (to `4.0.0` or later)](https://discuss.huggingface.co/t/dataset-scripts-are-no-longer-supported/163891). Try `claudios/code_search_net` instead.

```py
from datasets import load_dataset

raw_datasets = load_dataset("claudios/code_search_net", "python")

```
