# Code error in AI Agents Unit 3

In Unit 3, “ **Building and Integrating Tools for Your Agent”** in the AI Agents course, the LangGraph code block under section “Integrating Tools with Alfred” has an issue with given model. .bind\_tools() does not work very well with Qwen resulting in compilation error. Simply changing the model to “deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-R1-0528” resolves the issues, with the tools now being utilizing by the agent.
