I am currently facing an issue with a duplicated private Space and the GPU quota.

According to the documentation, for unlimited usage of a Space, you recommend duplicating a public Space to create a private version. I duplicated the following public Space:

- [Joy Caption Alpha Two - a Hugging Face Space by fancyfeast](https://huggingface.co/spaces/fancyfeast/joy-caption-alpha-two)

When I make API requests to my duplicated Space using the HF token generated through the Hugging Face dashboard, I encounter the following error after just 2–3 requests:

> “You have exceeded your GPU quota (60s requested vs. 37s left). Create a free account to get more usage quota.”

Upon checking the GPU usage on my dashboard, it shows **0/25 minutes used** , which does not align with the error message.

Its treating requests as **Guest Users.**

**i am using cURL to access space API endpoint that mentioned at bottom of space.**

This is an uncorrected bug.

@John6666

Thanks for reply!

Could you please confirm if this issue is solely related to having zero GPU? If I upgrade, will I be able to access the API quota?

Quota only exists in the Zero GPU space, so if the problem is only with Quota errors, of course it won’t affect other plans or free space.
