# Hugging Chat with Pro Account

Hi,

I really like the Hugging Chat and bought a Pro Account, because there was mentioned that it will prioritize me for faster answers. But after using it now for some time, I cannot see any difference. For some Models I still get “Model overload” error and the answers at not faster at all.

Can I somehow verify that the Chat is working with my Pro Account?

Or do I expect too much?
