# Huggingface pro subscription

Hello, I paid 9 dollars for the hugging face pro subscription with the username ASesYusuf1 and I expected you to activate my subscription within 2 weeks, but 29 days have passed, almost 1 month has passed and still nothing [Help! Account Not Active Error, I made a payment and it was not activated](https://discuss.huggingface.co/t/help-account-not-active-error-i-made-a-payment-and-it-was-not-activated/144059) I opened a thread about it in the forum.
