# Lfs Storage cap

I got a pro subscription awhile ago yet my lfs storage is still capped at 1gb, I hear the subscription increases it to 5gb, how do I activate it and if i’m mistaken, how do I increase the lfs storage limit?

The 1GB limit probably refers to Spaces.  
Spaces repositories used to have no size limits, but now there is a 1GB limit for both Pro and Free users.

When running, you can use up to 50GB per space even with the free plan, so it’s best to store large files in the model repository and download them as needed.
