Bonjour l’équipe Hugging Face, Je me permets de vous contacter ici en dernier recours, car je fais face à un blocage critique sur mes Spaces, et malgré mon abonnement Pro et des dépenses importantes en hébergement GPU, je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse via les canaux standards. ⸻ ❗ Problème rencontré : Depuis quelques heures, tous mes Spaces restent bloqués sur “Starting”, sans message d’erreur clair, alors qu’ils fonctionnaient parfaitement plus tôt dans la journée. J’ai bien sûr tout tenté : • Factory Rebuild • Restart Space • Duplicate Space • Changer de modèle • Forcer un commit pour déclencher une recompilation Rien n’y fait. Mes modèles restent figés sur “Starting” indéfiniment, et les logs ne m’apportent aucune information utile. ⸻ 💼 Contexte : • Je développe un projet commercial sous l’organisation HomeBeam. • J’utilise des GPU Spaces avec des coûts de plusieurs centaines d’euros par mois. • J’ai activé un abonnement Pro spécifiquement pour pouvoir accéder à l’assistance prioritaire en cas de problème. • Je ne suis pas sur un compte gratuit. • Le bug impacte directement mon activité : le service est bloqué. ⸻ 🚨 Ce que j’attends : Je demande simplement : 1. Une prise en charge immédiate du problème par un membre technique de HF. 2. Une explication claire du blocage. 3. Un retour rapide, comme le prévoit votre offre Pro. ---

J’ai le meme problem. Avez-vous recu une solution? @davidHomeBeam @adamm-hf I am facing a similar problem. However, for my GPU spaces, after a while it states it failed to restart. ---
