I was charged for the PRO subscription, but my account has not been upgraded.

Account details:

- Username: irakozem1122

- Email: [irakozemoise1998@gmail.com](mailto:irakozemoise1998@gmail.com)

- Date of charge: 22 february 2026

- Amount charged: $10

- Last 4 digits of card: 6286

The payment was taken from my prepaid card, but my PRO subscription is still not active.

Could you please check this issue and activate the subscription or advise on the next steps?

Thank you for your help.
