Hello,
I’m experiencing issues while trying to access Hugging Face from my institute’s network. Here are the details of my problem:

**Error Message**
ProxyError: (MaxRetryError(“HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘[huggingface.co](http://huggingface.co)’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/whoami-v2 (Caused by ProxyError(‘Cannot connect to proxy.’, OSError(‘Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden’)))”))

Steps Taken:

1. Checked and unset the proxy variables.
2. Changed the token key and tried to connect.
3. Attempted to connect without the proxy, which results in a timeout.
4. Verified that the network admin has not blocked the site.

Is it possible that Hugging Face has blocked the server? If so, how can I resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
