Subject: Space restart failed - infrastructure issue affecting multiple Spaces Hi Hugging Face team, I’m experiencing a persistent issue where all 7 of my Spaces are stuck in “PAUSED” status and cannot be restarted. The issue has persisted for 2+ days. **Affected Spaces:** > **[Frebies Backend - a Hugging Face Space by helo-ayush](https://huggingface.co/spaces/helo-ayush/frebies-backend)** > > Discover amazing ML apps made by the community I have similar issue in all of my other repo too **Error details:** - Request ID: Root=1-69c6a2c8-21ee3ff75a201cad48aaacd7 - Error: “Something went wrong when restarting this Space” - Status: All Spaces remain in PAUSED state - Logs: No new logs appear when attempting restart **Timeline:** - Issue started: 26-03-26 - Attempted fixes: Multiple restart attempts, waiting 48+ hours - Current status: Still unable to restart any Spaces **Request ID examples:** Root=1-69c6a4b5-56ec8d372bb55909751a273a Root=1-69c6a4c0-10d39302420ed84644330942 Root=1-69c6a4cb-5ca8ee5078d088a6617d70cz This appears to be a platform infrastructure issue rather than a code problem, as it affects multiple Spaces simultaneously. I already sent an email, but I don’t think they can respond to all of us. It looks like so many people have the same issue. I just hope that they are working on it and solve it soon. ---

Shouldn’t they be responding on a forum on status? The status page is the best place to keep such things updated. Not getting any responses is a loss of credibility. ---

According to e-mail that I just received they’re working on it: ‘We’re actively working on Spaces infrastructure enhancements and fixes that should soon be finished.’ They also added ‘Did you know about the option to upgrade your Space’s hardware…’ Is there anyone with upgraded space having this issue? ---

i would expect an ETA and when the next update will be available. They really need to work on their observability. “…should soon be done” does not give any assurance. ---

One of my Zero GPU Spaces, which had been running just a few hours ago, suddenly went into PAUSED mode. ---

I think it happened to many of my spaces also. However, when running to check the flagged, it shows as flagged as abusive without any specific reason (which files cause that), I emailed the hf team and they mentioned I may use VPN or sth but I did not do so.. Has anyone had an ideas to check specific reason causing the flags? ---

Unless they notify you via email, I don’t think there’s currently any way to find out what specific violation led to the suspension…
