Hello,

The last few days we had similar issues as many others here in the forums, with one of our Spaces being stuck in “Building” mode.
When I looked at it ~30 minutes ago, it had moved in an error state, so I restarted it again. As it became stuck again, I hit the “Factory rebuild” button.
Now it somehow managed to start, but only partially: the “[hf.co/spaces”](http://hf.co/spaces%E2%80%9D) page is stuck in a “Starting” state with container logs being displayed, but the .hf.space domain is accessible and serves the Space.

However, the persistent storage and all data in it seems to be gone - we had “small” persistent storage, but the Space looks as if it had been re-initialized from scratch, without any persistent storage.

What happened and who can I contact about this?

Yeah. It seems that Persistent Storage has been discontinued (e.g. [Spaces Persistent Storage Upgrade Not Accessible - #16 by michellehbn](https://discuss.huggingface.co/t/spaces-persistent-storage-upgrade-not-accessible/171226/16)). I don’t know if the data inside can be recovered, but you’ll probably need to contact HF: [website@huggingface.co](mailto:website@huggingface.co)
