I also think the underlying cause was a lack of resources, but it seems to have been a real issue on HF side: [Space stuck in APP\_STARTING indefinitely - #6 by hysts](https://discuss.huggingface.co/t/space-stuck-in-app-starting-indefinitely/177564/6)
